**Job Overview**

The role of Graphic Design Lead is to oversee all graphic design initiatives, ensuring visual content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.

This full-time position is located at our Sydney office.

**Responsibilities**

Maintain awareness of emerging design trends and technologies to maximise quality in design projects.

Develop and manage workflow plans in conjunction with business priorities, ensuring seamless execution of design projects.

Collaborate with external stakeholders and agencies when necessary to enhance design outcomes.

Provide reporting showcasing the impact and effectiveness of graphic design efforts.

**Requirements**

Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent relevant experience in graphic design and digital/visual design or related discipline.

Demonstrated high level of skill in creative design and expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience working within an in-house design team, preferably as lead/manager, with agency experience considered a plus.

A good understanding of marketing, production, and brand principles, coupled with ability to show initiative and lead others.
