The purpose of this role is to be interested in the full spectrum of design with a growing knowledge of where aesthetic look-and-feel overlaps with behavioral user experience. They are a key member of the creative department to realise the creative output and creative product.

The team is a highly skilled and cross-functional practitioners of their crafts who are passionate about pushing boundaries, evolving best practices and delivering exceptional experiences.

We are looking for someone who loves working with designers, analysts, strategists, developers and directly with clients to help them to bring amazing ideas to life. You'll also be constantly learning about new techniques and approaches that we can bring to our clients.

About you
- Lead the delivery of world-class work and bring excellent experiences to life with your designs
- Drive the vision of the design for large projects
- Create cohesive design systems to execute designs at scale effectively
- Advocate for the Design practice across agency and clients
- Contribute to the goals and vision of the design craft
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to design the best digital experiences possible
- Take ownership of professional development
- Develop your design skills on-the-job and support the growth of the team
- Work with a variety of brands to explore, extend and improve their customer experiences.
- Constantly exploring new design tools, ways of working and methods to deliver exceptional design outcomes

Desired skills & responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to create intuitive and engaging interactions through prototyping
- Ability to interpret and challenge briefs and to produce work on budget and schedule
- Experience in leading collaborative design workshops with clients
- Expert level knowledge designing in modern design tools e.g., Figma, ProtoPie, Adobe XD
- Demonstrated storytelling and presentation skills
- Confident designing in a range of iterative approaches e.g., Agile, Lean, Design Sprints etc. approaches
- Stakeholder management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong collaborator across creative, technology and strategy teams
- Strong work ethic, proactive nature and ability to take ownership of work with a passion for design
- 4+ years industry experience
- Strong folio or body of work
- Relevant industry training, qualifications or experience
- Having fun and contributing to a strong design team culture
