  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in design and video editing, preferably in an agency, in-house, or freelance setting.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools: Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or Final Cut/CapCut.
  • A keen eye for brand storytelling and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality content resonates with our audience.
  • Proficiency in social-first video editing skills, including cuts, captions, transitions, effects, and sound syncing.
  • Strong understanding of brand tone and visual style, coupled with the ability to evolve it while staying authentic.
  • Curiosity and proactivity in continually improving processes and identifying best practices.
