Product Development Specialist

This role is ideal for a driven and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Product Development Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our product management teams to support the creation and success of new mobile games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Game Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Art, Engineering, UA, Monetization, and Data Science) to develop engaging games quickly.
  • Help Shape Roadmaps: Contribute to product roadmaps and backlog prioritization based on player insights, data, and market trends.
  • Use Data to Inform Decisions: Work closely with our data team to evaluate feature performance, drawing actionable insights to enhance engagement and monetization.
  • Contribute to Game Concepts: Help brainstorm and test new game ideas, features, and market opportunities.
  • Feature Development: Support the delivery of large-scale features—from gathering requirements and contributing to specs to collaborating on wireframes and supporting QA.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Serve as a central link between disciplines, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution across stakeholders.

This role offers the opportunity to learn and grow, taking increasing responsibility for areas of the product as you gain experience. You will be working towards owning your own tracks of work with guidance from senior product leaders.
