Lead Game Content Designer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement game design concepts that enhance player engagement and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align game design with overall game vision and strategy

  • Analyze game metrics and feedback to inform design decisions and optimize player experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in game design

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience shipping AAA projects as a Lead or Principal Designer
  • Demonstrated expertise in content design, narrative development, and game mechanics
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Able to analyze game metrics and feedback to inform design decisions
  • Passion for creating engaging gaming experiences
