MSS Security is looking for Security Officers to provide security presence at the University campus in Bundoora. The role involves:
- Conducting foot patrols of campuses and being willing to walk for prolonged periods.
- Controlling Room coverage and supervising campus activities and events.
- Ensuring property is locked and unlocked as required.
- Directing and helping people to navigate around the campus.
- Writing reports in response to incidents.
- Communicating calmly and clearly with key stakeholders.
- You are physically fit and able to walk and stand for prolonged periods.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You are friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with students.
- You have outstanding interpersonal skills.
- You have a strong awareness of surroundings.
- You hold a current Victorian Security Licence.
- You have a Certificate II in Security Operations with a Control Room license.
- You have a current Valid First Aid Certificate (Level 2).
- You hold a valid Full Driver's License.
