Defence Security Professional

At Wilson Security, we are committed to providing exceptional security services to our clients. We are currently seeking a Defence Security Professional to join our team in Crib Point.
About the Role- This is a defence security role that requires a valid VIC security license and Australian citizenship.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strong customer service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients.
- The role involves gatehouse duties, monitoring CCTV and access control systems, conducting building patrols, and identifying and reporting hazards and building faults.
- Additional responsibilities include managing contractors and deliveries, responding to emergency situations, and performing ad-hoc duties as required.
We are looking for a professional who has strong customer service skills, a proactive and problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work well in a team or autonomously.
What You'll Need- Australian citizenship
- Valid VIC security license
- Current first aid and CPR certificate
- Ability to work in a rotational roster (nights, days, weekends)
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
- Demonstrated ability in the use of computers and security-related systems (access control, CCTV, Microsoft programmes)

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
