About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who can lead full-cycle recruitment across various locations in Australia. You'll have the chance to partner with key stakeholders, build strong relationships, and use data insights to shape hiring strategies.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for legal and non-legal roles across 32 locations in Australia.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment solutions.
- Use data and talent insights to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Talent Team to align recruitment efforts with business goals.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong recruitment and sourcing skills, with experience in full-cycle recruitment.
