Sydney Based Workplace Organising Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team in Sydney.
As a key member of our organising team, you will be responsible for guiding members through disputes and helping delegates build their confidence to do the same.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a union organiser, demonstrated ability to undertake enterprise agreement negotiations, and skills in identifying, developing, and coaching workplace leaders. They will also have good verbal and written communication skills, proficiency using computers, and a current full driver's licence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake enterprise agreement negotiations
- Resolve issues from beginning to conclusion
- Implement organising frameworks to recruit, retain and mobilise members
- Identify, develop, and coach workplace leaders
- Travel to regional areas to conduct organising work
