Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our growing team.

  • Provide support for document management systems
  • Control of documents including design drawings, specifications, calculations, lists, data sheets, vendor data
  • Check design submissions to ensure compliance with metadata requirements
  • Initiate reviews of submitted designs
  • Report on contract deliverables and progress
  • Develop core information and input for gateway reviews as required
  • Ensure timely turnaround of documentation issued internally or received externally
  • Verify that project documentation has been filed and closed out

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Document control experience essential
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of the infrastructure industry
  • Previous experience with document management systems
  • Data handling or processing skills
  • Attention to detail
