The Project
Our client is a specialist design advisory consultant within the infrastructure sector. They are preparing to manage TMR's interests on a billion-dollar highway upgrade in SEQ – 12km of 4-6 lane dual carriageway, including connections, pedestrian and bicycle paths, appropriate bridging and drainage for flood mitigation, and environmental protections.
We seek expressions of interest from experienced document control specialists interested in playing a critical role in this 3-year project.
The Role
Commencing in November, you will work as part of the Design Verification Team during the design and construction stages of the project to coordinate and manage the Document Control process on behalf of the team. Your experience will enable you to work proactively with the Administrator's / Principal's Document Controller and the successful Contractor's Document Controller to ensure the infrastructure design meets contractual requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the DTMR Document Control Management Plan and Incoming Design Register for the project.
- Register and track transmittals and documentation, including all relevant reporting.
- Provide system training and additional support to all project team members.
- Manage and coordinate the design documentation.
Skills/Experience Required
- Significant experience in project administration and records management (DMS) within transport infrastructure projects.
- Prior TMR project experience is highly regarded.
- Strong experience with InEight software.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
