About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Medical Scientist Embryologist to join our team.

This role involves performing a variety of laboratory procedures related to the collection, inspection, manipulation, processing of human oocytes, sperm and embryos and other related aspects of In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF).

  • Perform standard ART procedures and other treatments undertaken in the embryology laboratory
  • Process human gametes, embryos or tissue for cryopreservation
  • Maintain accurate records of laboratory procedures and results
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control measures
Responsibilities
  • A regular day will see you working on complex tasks such as:
  • Sampling and testing for IVF purposes
  • Carrying out microscopic examination and investigation
  • Conducting research and development projects as required
About You
  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent is required for this role
  • Strong understanding of reproductive biology and assisted reproductive technologies is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary
