About the Role:
A real-time database powers millions of transactions per second with millisecond latency, at a fraction of the total cost compared to other databases. We are looking for a high-performance professional to lead our reliability engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve system efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues.
- Analyse system logs and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development or engineering.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Expertise in system design, architecture, and performance optimisation.
