\) This is a unique opportunity to join our mobile equipment fleet and drive performance enhancements. You will be responsible for analysing equipment performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

As a key driver in enhancing equipment reliability and minimising downtime, you will leverage data insights and sound engineering principles to lead efforts across the operation. Reporting to the Reliability Specialist, you will collaborate with maintenance, operations, OEMs and specialist contractors to implement sustainable solutions and champion reliability best practice.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A mechanical or electrical trade qualification
  • A tertiary qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering (highly regarded)
  • Proven experience with heavy mobile equipment maintenance in an open cut mining environment
  • Exposure to maintenance management systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business
