Lead Environmental Remediation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Federal Environmental Remediation Engineer to lead our environmental remediation projects.
- Project Lead: Oversee remediation projects that meet clients' needs and comply with environmental regulations.
- Contamination Assessment: Design and implement contamination assessments and monitoring plans to evaluate the environmental impact of projects and operations.
- Site Investigation: Investigate sites contaminated with chemicals, toxic waste, nutrients or other dangerous materials.
- Remediation Solutions: Recommend and design environmental remediation treatments to address remediation criteria and needs.
- Field Work: Work in the field as needed to gather information and direct field personnel.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related water resources discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
- >12 years of experience in environmental remediation.
- A Professional Engineer license required in Florida.
- Knowledge of regulatory processes in Florida.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with surface water, groundwater, and integrated modeling codes.
- Solid technical writing skills and effective communication skills.
