We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our Dealer Management Systems (DMS) strategic roadmap. This role will be responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of Product and Services in the Tune DMS, as well as DMS Dealer standards and Service activities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Toyota Australia's agreed DMS development roadmap consistent with set policies to achieve Toyota Australia's Franchise of the Future (FOF) objectives.
- Provide advice on and assist managers in the development of Toyota Australia's DMS related policies and standards.
- Coordinate and facilitate forums to maintain a product backlog in line with the Toyota Australia's DMS roadmap.
- Ensure ongoing stakeholder relationship management and support to maintain strategic partnerships, align business functions, resolve complex issues, contribute to countermeasures, and improve business processes.
- Provide specialist support to customers who utilise Toyota Australia's DMS, to identify risks, opportunities, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Degree qualification or equivalent experience.
- Highly developed influencing and negotiation skills with a strategic mindset.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills including ability to have a customer focus and engage with internal & external Stakeholders.
- Broad understanding of dealer network and its operational requirements.
- Experience in project and vendor management.
