The Role

As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining our stock flow across stores, warehouses, and third-party logistics providers. You will be the go-to for all things inventory, from troubleshooting discrepancies and coordinating inter-branch transfers to supporting stocktakes and optimizing stock consolidation.

A Day in the Life of Our Inventory Management Specialist Involves…

  • Coordinating stock movements between stores and 3PL partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Being the liaison between stores and logistics teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth stock flow
  • Executing consolidation plans to optimize inventory across locations
  • Supporting and guiding retail teams during stocktakes and cycle counts
  • Actioning OMS rejection adjustments and investigating root causes to prevent future disruptions
  • Managing IBT (inter-branch transfer) processes and ensuring discrepancies are resolved
  • Processing stock corrections and system adjustments to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve inventory control processes
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Key Qualifications
  • Experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse coordination
  • Confident using inventory management systems
  • A natural problem-solver with strong attention to detail
  • Skilled in analyzing stock data and implementing process improvements
  • Strong communicator who thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with goods flow, reconciliation, and inventory reporting across multi-site operations
  • Solid understanding of compliance, safety regulations, and quality standards in warehousing
  • Ability to train, support, and engage retail teams in inventory best practices
