About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Data Governance Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our data governance framework implementation, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders and teams to drive consistent data governance practices and ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to implement and support data governance frameworks
- Provide data quality support through data management tools like Collibra
- Manage data flows, datasets, and monitor data quality
- Communicate effectively with project managers and engineers on delivery timelines and data model development
Requirements:
- A strong risk mindset and ability to make independent risk-based decisions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence team members and stakeholders
- Over 3 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or risk within financial services
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Collibra is desirable but not essential
