Communication Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Communications Specialist to join our team as a Unified Communication Systems Engineer.
In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide communication systems to deliver exceptional end-user experiences for our colleagues.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy unified communication solutions, including Microsoft Teams, Mobile Voice, Meeting Room Systems, and Desktop Telephony.
As a key member of our End User Experience (EUX) team, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues related to UC infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Design, deploy, and maintain unified communication solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot UC infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and perform fault analysis to identify and remediate repeating issues.
- Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
