Job Title: Pathology Trainer
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pathology Trainer to join our team at KE Select. As a Pathology Trainer, you will be responsible for leading group training sessions, one-to-one sessions, and ongoing assessments in clinics across Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for new collectors, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Conduct ongoing assessments and provide feedback to collectors to improve their performance.
- Collaborate with the training team to develop and implement training procedures and policies.
- Travel to clinics across Sydney to provide on-going one-on-one training and support to collectors.
Requirements:
- Cert III in Pathology or similar qualification.
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment or be willing to obtain.
- Previous experience in Pathology Collection and training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training style to meet the needs of different learners.
- Full and valid driver's license and ability to travel across Sydney.
