Role Overview

As a Collections Trainer, you will be part of a training team responsible for leading group training sessions, one-to-one sessions, and ongoing assessments in clinics across Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of collection team members.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations to track the progress of the collection team and identify areas for improvement.
  • Training Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Travel: Travel to clinics across Sydney to provide on-going one-on-one training and support to the collection team.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the training team to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of the collection team.

Requirements

  • Certification: Hold a Cert III in Pathology or similar and a Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Experience: Have previous experience in Pathology Collection and a strong understanding of the training and development needs of the collection team.
  • Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt training style to meet the needs of different individuals.
  • Driver's License: Hold a full and valid driver's license and be able to travel across Sydney.
