About The Opportunity

Securecorp is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Full Time Control Room Operator/ Security Officer to provide excellent customer service and emergency response to one of our sites in the Education Sector.

Location: CBD and Surrounding areas

Duties And Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will have the chance to:

• Deliver exceptional security and customer service
• Control Room Duties, CCTV, Access Control, Audits etc
• IT Computer Duties
• Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises
• Respond to emergencies and alarm events, providing essential support
• Assess and address potential risks
• Manage access control
• Write incident reports and maintain data logs

Key Selection Criteria

We're Looking For Candidates Who

• Hold a current Security License – Must Have Control Room Endorsement – 1 yr + experience in the CR
• Valid First Aid & CPR certification
• Have proven experience in the security industry
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Can work collaboratively in a team or independently

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential.

Rostered Hours

12hr rotating shifts and 1800 to 0600
