Key Agribusiness Partnership Executive

We seek a seasoned Key Agribusiness Partnership Executive to spearhead our business development efforts in rural and regional communities. As a pivotal member of our team, you will foster deep connections with high-value agribusiness customers, identifying opportunities to support them access finance and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain mature portfolios of high-value agribusiness relationships, cultivating new partnerships and expanding existing ones.
  • Prepare comprehensive loan proposals and reviews, ensuring the quality of credit assessment and ongoing management is maintained.
  • Establish strong ties with Key Business Influencers through strategic networking and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Enhance market share in target markets by identifying opportunities for deepening customer relationships and referring partners.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will possess experience in banking, commerce, or finance, including lending, credit, or deposit areas. A background in agriculture or farming, coupled with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, is essential for success.
