Supporting the Ballarat region, your role as Senior Agribusiness Relationship Manager is based on connection.
You'll maintain trusted relationships with customers, providing personalized, high-quality banking solutions to meet their needs and grow their businesses.

In this dynamic, high-impact role, you'll:
Develop a deep understanding of your customers' goals and deliver win-win solutions while supporting Bendigo Bank's growth targets
Proactively work within your community to identify new business opportunities and attract new agribusiness customers
Partner with network stakeholders to develop and implement local engagement plans for successful outcomes for customers, communities, and Bendigo Bank
Drive profitable growth by meeting sales targets, converting referrals, and achieving results you can be proud of
Mentor and develop the skills of fellow Agribusiness Relationship Managers and Associates across the state to support team success
What you'll bring to the role
To succeed, you will have:
A tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance, or a related field
The ability to travel and a current "C" class driver license
We would also love you to have:
Experience in agribusiness lending and credit risk principles
Financial analysis skills, including interpreting financial statements
Knowledge of agriculture market conditions, products, cash flows, and markets
Ability to develop innovative, customer-centric solutions
