We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Systems Administrator to join our Digital and Technology Team at the Royal Flying Doctor Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and ensuring the reliable operation of applications and technology that support our critical clinical business systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and configure clinical business systems to ensure optimal performance and availability
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clinical systems and applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system performance and efficiency
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in implementing and supporting clinical business systems
  • 5+ years of experience supporting clinical systems SQL databases and industry-standard messaging technologies
  • Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience with scripting and automation tools
  • Experience with ITSM Ticket Management, including queue management and triage
