Systems Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Brisbane City. As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our enterprise business applications, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MS D365) applications.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with basic and intermediate issues, especially with MS D365 applications.
- Work with different teams and vendors to solve problems and meet service standards.
- Write and update clear instructions and procedures.
- Suggest ways to improve business applications to meet changing needs.
- Help with system upgrades, testing, and maintenance.
- Work with senior staff to manage system changes and releases.
- Help handle system-related issues and emergencies.
- Track and assign incoming support requests, including after-hours support if needed.
- Join in on projects to enhance systems and support business needs.
- Experience with MS D365 applications.
- Ability to manage tasks across multiple applications in a busy environment.
- Understanding of system support, administration, business analysis, and application design.
- Ability to quickly learn business processes.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with various audiences.
- Flexible and innovative in a changing environment.
- Gain government experience – would suit a university graduate with MS D365 experience.
- 12-month contract + possible extension.
- Contribute to your community through the public service.
