Site Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team on a twelve-month contract. In this exciting role, you will play a vital part in site operations - delivering continuous improvement and innovation across the site to drive cost outcomes, quality, safety and engagement in the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining compliance with internal SHE systems and relevant legislation.
- Providing support with day-to-day quality activities and initiatives.
- Supporting site-level engineering inputs for plant/equipment and production planning.
- Engineering calculations for production requirements.
- Assisting with cost inputs to sales estimates and delivering projects from infancy to final completion.
- Tertiary qualified in Mechanical, Civil or other relevant Engineering disciplines.
- Practical experience in prestress, precast or reinforced concrete industry will be highly regarded but related industries considered.
- A strong understanding of Process Improvement/CI principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and CAD would be advantageous.
- Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Highly effective communication skills and problem-solving ability.
