As an Infrastructure Delivery Manager with CPB Contractors, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects that meet our clients' needs.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our Cross River Rail - RIS project team. Reporting to the Construction Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management: Manage and monitor the completion of the project, ensuring programme, budget, quality, environmental, and contractual obligations are met safely.
  • Design Review and Approval: Review design and construction plans, schedules, temporary works designs, method statements, and job safety analysis and quality control measures.
  • Team Leadership: Effectively assign tasks to project team members to deliver required outputs according to agreed specifications.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor KPIs and productivity analysis against programme and budget, undertaking administrative duties as required.
  • Mentorship: Mentor Project, Site, and Graduate Engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary Qualification: In Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience at a Senior Project Engineer level managing major packages on large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
  • Communication Skills: Proven ability to work successfully and autonomously within a fast-paced project environment, delivering on deadlines and maintaining relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • Safety Focus: Commitment to a zero-harm environment.
