Fuse Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead the delivery of a major civil infrastructure project in Brisbane/Gold Coast. As a key member of our team, you will oversee all aspects of earthworks and roadworks, ensuring designs meet project and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing contract negotiations, administration, and compliance with project timelines and milestones. Additionally, you will develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and report on financial forecasts. Your role will also involve collaborating with teams to coordinate logistics, manage community impacts, and ensure environmental compliance. Furthermore, you will liaise with government bodies, contractors, and community stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering, including 5 years in roadworks and heavy civil projects. You should possess strong project management, contract administration, and financial acumen skills. Excellent leadership and communication skills are also essential. Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools is required.
Work Environment:
This is a Monday to Friday role with the occasional Saturday, involving both field and office-based work environments. You will have the opportunity to work on a Tier 1 infrastructure project with a strong path to career progression.
