About the Role

Oceania Ground Force is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Check-In Crew Member. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to airline travellers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and ensure a smooth check-in process.
  • Process and verify travel documents, ensuring compliance with all protocols and standards.
  • Assign seats and issue boarding passes and baggage reclaim vouchers, providing accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Assist with gate boarding procedures, ensuring a seamless transition from check-in to boarding.
  • Marshal passengers and manage disruptions as needed, demonstrating a proactive approach to safety and customer satisfaction.

Essentials
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to pass Drug, Alcohol, and Audio tests (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment).
  • Capability of obtaining an ASIC card (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment).
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Capacity to undertake shifts between 4-10 hours per day.
  • Ability to work any shift from 05:00 to 23:00.
