About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Check-In Crew Member. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to airline travellers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and ensure a smooth check-in process.
  • Process and verify travel documents, ensuring compliance with airline regulations.
  • Assign seats and issue boarding passes, as well as manage baggage and other travel-related tasks.
  • Assist with gate boarding procedures and manage passenger marshalling and disruption management.
