The Job

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking LUX Crew Members to deliver a luxury customer experience. As the face of HOYTS, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and seating guests with a smile and sharing your passion for cinema
  • Processing tickets and purchases through the till
  • Serving delicious food and beverages
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
Requirements

We are looking for someone who loves cinema as much as we do. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A positive attitude and good work ethic
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service (desirable)
  • A FIERCE mindset: Focused, Innovative, Excellent, Resourceful, Caring, and Empowered
  • A can-do attitude and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
Availability

We offer a flexible roster, with opportunities to work weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts. As part of your application, you will need to indicate your availability.
