About Building and Pest Inspections

We are seeking a qualified Building & Pest Inspector to carry out inspections of properties.

This role involves identifying structural defects, safety risks and compliance issues. The inspector will produce detailed reports with clear recommendations for the remediation of any issues identified.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in conducting building and/or pest inspections and be certified in Timber Pest Management (CPPUPM3008 & CPPUPM3010).

About the Job

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting thorough inspections of properties to identify potential defects and risks
  • Producing high-quality inspection reports that provide actionable recommendations for remediation

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • A builders license
  • Certified in Timber Pest Management (CPPUPM3008 & CPPUPM3010)
  • Physical capability to inspect subfloors, roof cavities and external roofing areas
  • A current police clearance, valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle
