APAC Sales Excellence Lead

About the RoleYou'll be a trusted advisor to the market management team, providing strategic leadership and driving operational efficiency. Your focus will be on improving critical sales capabilities, aligning sales initiatives with business objectives, and ensuring the alignment of sales strategies across regions.
Key Responsibilities- Deploy key global and local sales programs and training on sales behaviors and competencies.
- Drive behavioral change with a focus on sales process and methodology.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales leaders to become independent sales coaches.
- Monitor and analyze performance, assisting the leadership team in developing account plans to achieve AOP goals.
- Lead sales improvement projects, supporting strategy and deployment in line with management team priorities.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Commercial Management.
- 15-20 years of work experience, with at least 7 years in sales management, sales performance coaching, sales operations, or sales excellence.
- Solid understanding of the sales process and experience working in sales or commercial management roles, preferably in the health technology or medical device industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in small and large groups and at all levels of the organization.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in multiple markets, preferably across the APAC region or other diverse international environments.
