About the Role

Our Team Members, affectionately known as Fun Creators, are responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience from start to finish. Whether our guests come to enjoy our arcade, bowl over some pins or hold their next spectacular birthday party, we are there to add value and make sure everyone leaves with a smile on their face.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals who share our passion for delivering REMARKABLE guest experiences. As a key member of our FunSquad, you will have the opportunity to act like a big kid at work, grow your career, and be part of a culture that will make you jump out of bed in the morning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Partner with the FunSquad to create amazing experiences for every guest and booking
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all areas of the venue
  • Confidently motivate those around you to do the same
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in a rapid hospitality, entertainment or retail business
  • Passion for delivering REMARKABLE guest experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
