Customer Service Lead

We are seeking a Customer Service Lead to join our organization in Adelaide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an administrative or similar role. You will be able to calmly perform in high-pressure situations and have the emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and respond to their ever-changing needs.

As a Customer Service Lead, you will:

  • Promote and attract new customers to our organization
  • Build our customer base and market share with sustainable new business
  • Develop and cultivate existing and prospective relationships based on trust, shared experience, and customer outcomes

You will work collaboratively with our State Team to ensure that services delivered are of a high quality, offer an excellent customer service, and workforce experience.

We provide leading aged care support services across Australia through government funding and self-funded individuals. Our goal is to deliver exceptional support and care based on clients' lifestyles and needs.

This opportunity offers a hybrid work arrangement, working from home two days a week, and reimbursed travel per kilometre. You will also have access to ongoing training and support within your role, as well as a virtual wellness program, employee assistance program sessions, and birthday leave.
