After Hours Support Specialist

Job Summary:
This role is focused on ensuring seamless responses and strengthening outcomes for individuals and families across Brisbane who are experiencing homelessness, domestic and family violence, and young people in crisis. As a key member of our After Hours Team, you will work collaboratively with staff, leaders, and external services to provide safe and trauma-informed practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate services across all teams working after hours, including safety and risk planning, involving regular contact with outreach staff.
- Liaise with Cluster Leads, along with other leadership positions in homelessness and domestic violence and other service delivery areas, to provide coordination and leadership support.
- Assist with problem solving and decision making with After Hours team members.
- Provide rostering support as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a similar role or industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
