Job Opportunity:

This role is for a Technical Sales and Support Engineer who will serve as a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams—delivering expert guidance, troubleshooting process challenges, and identifying opportunities to enhance hydrogen peroxide applications.

The successful candidate will lead field trials, analyze performance data, and provide practical solutions tailored to mining and water treatment environments. The remaining time will focus on sales enablement: contributing technical insights to business proposals, identifying growth opportunities, and helping clients adopt innovative technologies that drive safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.

  • Leading technical consultations, troubleshooting, and field support to ensure safe and optimal deployment of hydrogen peroxide systems.

  • Designing, executing, and analyzing field trials to validate product efficacy and deliver actionable insights for process improvement.

  • Delivering targeted technical training and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to identify opportunities, support proposal development, and enable technical selling.

  • Communicating client needs and trends to cross-functional teams for product enhancements and strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • Relevant education degree or equivalent in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) or Science (Chemistry or Metallurgy).

  • Relevant work experience of more than 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing plant or mine.

  • Competencies:

  • Hydrogen Peroxide Application Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the product and its use.

  • Mining Industry Knowledge: Understanding the specific processes and challenges of the mining sector.

  • Technical Problem-Solving & Analysis: Ability to diagnose issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.

  • Client Relationship Management & Communication: Effectively building relationships and conveying technical information.

  • Field Trial Design and Execution: Ability to design, set up, and execute field trials safely, including data collection and analysis, to demonstrate product efficacy and optimize applications.
