Job Overview

As a Product Manager, you'll be instrumental in architecting and managing an industry-changing platform. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with vision to make a significant impact and launch products/features across our global footprint.

About the Role

This position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and collaboration skills. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, analysts, marketers, and more, to deliver remarkable features and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, taking into account strategic priorities and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with design, frontend, and backend teams to craft first-in-class features.
  • Define product requirements, develop product specifications, conduct user studies, gather feedback, and ensure timely product launches.
  • Develop empathy with customers through interviews and interactions to ensure their needs are met.
  • Prioritize initiatives and projects effectively, weighing tradeoffs and making informed decisions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product development.
  • Represent the team in communication with cross-functional groups.
  • Manage specific features within a product line.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 years of product management experience, preferably with domain knowledge in crypto payments.
  • A data-driven approach, combined with a compassionate understanding of user needs.
  • A passion for crafting delightful customer-facing products and experiences.
  • Experience shipping and iterating on successful software or financial products at scale.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of initiative-taking and results-oriented work.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth teams.
  • Adaptability and openness to learning new concepts and technologies.
  • Humility and a willingness to collaborate and learn from others.
  • Strong aptitude for understanding technical concepts and applying them strategically.
