Enterprise Architect Role

Design a unified customer experience architecture. Lead the strategic design and evolution of Customer Data Platforms.

  • Architect end-to-end customer and marketing data platforms across CRM, MDM, Salesforce, APIs, and event-based systems.
  • Lead the design of customer master data solutions, including survivorship, identity resolution, and golden record logic.
  • Demonstrate expertise in architecting data solutions using Redshift or Databricks, with a strong command of advanced data modeling techniques.
Key Responsibilities
  • Enable data stewardship, consent management, and PII compliance through scalable architecture.
  • Support real-time integration between systems like Kafka, MuleSoft, and other enterprise applications.
  • Define platform patterns and guardrails aligned to strategic data models.
  • Create architecture views using ArchiMate methodology.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, risk, and governance stakeholders.
  • Coach and influence teams to enhance architecture maturity and promote customer-centric thinking.
