Regional Administration Manager Job Overview

The Regional Administration Manager is responsible for the efficient management of administrative functions and processes in a regional setting. This role involves coordinating logistics, reporting, and communication procedures to ensure smooth operations.

Critical Competencies
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent people management skills including leadership, recruitment, development, and coordination of remote teams.
  • Strong relationship-building, collaborative, communication, and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Infrastructure and asset management expertise including asset tracking, maintenance scheduling, and fleet supervision.
  • Financial management skills including budgeting, expenditure coding, and financial reporting.
Qualifications and Certifications
  • Formal qualification in relevant disciplines or demonstrated practical experience with a strong track record.
  • Valid manual driver's license.
  • 4WD experience.
  • Police clearance certificate.
  • Remote First Aid certification.
Work Environment

The Regional Administration Manager will work in a dynamic and remote environment with extremes of weather conditions. The role requires a high level of physical fitness and ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling loads.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large and diverse regional team and work in some of the most remote and isolated parts of the Kimberley region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate administrative functions and processes including logistics, reporting, and communication.
  2. Manage infrastructure and assets including asset tracking, maintenance scheduling, and fleet supervision.
  3. Provide financial management support including budgeting, expenditure coding, and financial reporting.
  4. Supervise and coordinate remote teams including land managers, ecologists, contractors, volunteers, and visitors.
