We are seeking a skilled Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless patient interactions and clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer patient calls with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage patient bookings and provide necessary information (arrival times, preparation, cost estimates)
  • Register and update patient information accurately
  • Greet and process patients in clinic with empathy and care
  • Support smooth clinic operations with general administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist or bookings staff
  • Excellent teamwork and ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
  • A calm and caring approach in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong typing skills and ability to multitask across systems
