
Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless patient interactions and clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer patient calls with warmth and professionalism
- Manage patient bookings and provide necessary information (arrival times, preparation, cost estimates)
- Register and update patient information accurately
- Greet and process patients in clinic with empathy and care
- Support smooth clinic operations with general administrative tasks
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or bookings staff
- Excellent teamwork and ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
- A calm and caring approach in a fast-paced environment
- Strong typing skills and ability to multitask across systems
