Client Care Role Overview

  • Responding to phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely manner
  • Providing administrative assistance to the clinical team

  • The ability to stay organized and manage details effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
