Client Care Officer

This role involves creating a smooth, friendly experience for families, keeping things running behind the scenes, and supporting clinicians so they can focus on care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming families and ensuring they feel comfortable and supported
  • Managing reception duties with professionalism and a warm smile
  • Handling bookings, payments, and client records with accuracy
  • Answering phones, emails, and messages in a timely manner
  • Helping the clinical team and practice manager with tasks that keep the clinic running smoothly
Essential Qualifications
  • A people person who is approachable, friendly, and professional
  • Organised and able to keep track of details in a busy environment
  • A confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Reliable and flexible, happy to help where needed
  • Someone who enjoys being part of a team and brings good energy to the workplace
