Client Service Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to fill the role of Client Services Manager. In this position, you will work closely with clients to develop strategies and recommendations that achieve core e-commerce goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies for client portfolios.
  • Collaborate with UX designers and technical account managers to ensure quality and timeliness of campaign builds.
  • Respond to client requests in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manage the client renewal process from commercial negotiation to contract finalisation.
  • Identify and manage commercial execution of expansion opportunities within client portfolios.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reviews for individual clients to report on key performance metrics and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments globally to ensure e-commerce strategies align with the overall business strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of client management experience across e-commerce or Martech.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and marketing technology.
  • Proven success managing a portfolio and evidence of prioritising client requests and relationships.
  • Ambition and drive to grow existing client contracts through partner site expansion and product upsells.
  • An analytical mind who can dive deep into data, identify patterns and generate insights for the benefit of clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
