Online Retail Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled online retail professional to support our e-commerce operations within a fast-paced environment.

This role involves maintaining a best-practice e-commerce website, managing site search/merchandising, overseeing products, and assisting in the development of our e-commerce strategy.

Key duties include managing and analysing weekly and monthly reporting on key web performance metrics, providing actionable insight on customer patterns and behaviours to drive team and business success.

About You

You will be a self-starter with enthusiasm and a positive approach. Ideal candidates possess experience with online promotions, organisational skills, strong commercial focus, and solid understanding of e-commerce metrics and analytics data.

Additionally, you will bring:

  • Experience with CMS systems and HTML
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
