Global Fintech Leader

We are building a next-generation global platform for distributed solar and energy storage, combining software as a service SaaS marketplace and embedded fintech services. Our mission is to create a seamless ecosystem connecting clean energy commerce and finance.

The Role

As the E-commerce Finance Strategist you will lead our global fintech business unit owning the end-to-end fintech strategy. This includes payments escrow lending trade credit supply chain finance insurance and cross-border settlement.

You will work closely with the CEO and executive team to ensure financial services become a core engine of growth for our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the global fintech strategy aligned with our growth roadmap.
  • Build and scale a high-performing fintech team.
  • Lead the design launch and scaling of financial products.
  • Manage partnerships with banks payment service providers buy now pay later BNPL providers and insurers.
  • Ensure global regulatory compliance adherence.
  • Drive revenue product adoption and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in fintech payments or marketplace financial services with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience scaling payments lending or insurance products on e-commerce or cross-border platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of global fintech regulations and market trends.
