About the Role

An exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Retail Store Manager to join our store in Miranda.

You will be a positive and inclusive leader whose focus is on creating customer experiences while supporting the team to foster an inclusive and fun working environment.

This role is for someone eager to develop their retail management career and skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals through a positive selling culture
  • Deliver training regularly to develop your team on exceptional customer service and styling
  • Ensure your store always represents and meets the Seafolly Visual Merchandising standards
  • Complete operational tasks such as rostering, security, stock, and financial management
  • Mentor & motivate your team to personally embrace the lifestyle and brand to make Seafolly the most loved Australian swimwear brand
About You

You have:

  • Prior experience in the fashion retail industry, preferably within a Store Management, Assistant Store Management, or Supervisor role
  • A proactive & enthusiastic approach to lead your team to success
  • Show exceptional people skills and a positive attitude
  • Have a love of collaborative teamwork and growing with your team
