Overview of Role:

The Mail Room Lead position supports one of our esteemed clients in Melbourne.

Reporting directly to the Client Services Manager, you will collaborate closely with the facilities Coordinator to oversee mail room activities.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in a similar-sized large corporate mail room, Australia Post, or a facilities coordination role where you've developed a thorough understanding of internal client mail room distribution requirements and procedures.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily mail room operations
  • Leadership of a small team
  • Collaboration with facilities Coordinator
  • Facilitating internal client mail room distribution requirements

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience in mail room procedures and protocols
  • Background in a similar-sized large corporate mail room or Australia Post
  • Understanding of internal client mail room distribution requirements and procedures
