Job Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee a portfolio of claims and manage the workflow of claims transition into RIS through to closure.

  • Ensure Case Managers are resourced to deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage team workflow to ensure that the team are meeting performance and customer benchmarks whilst providing feedback and coaching quality and outputs.
  • Encourage an environment of sharing knowledge and ideas to ensure continuous improvement within the team.
  • Ensure that the team achieves performance and KPI targets as set out under the BU performance framework and icare Operational Measures.

About You:

  • You will have demonstrated people management and leadership qualities within your role with direct end-to-end claims management experience within workers compensation.
  • You will have a strong track record and success rate within your current position achieving business objectives.
  • You will have team building skills, ability to coach and work through change management.
  • You will be able to develop and maintain respectful working relationships to promote integrated delivery of the target customer experience and service.
  • You will have a large centricity around customer service with empathetic result-driven approach.
  • Confident ability to engage and influence others positively within your team and build team relationships.
